This is the ultimate experience for Deputy Principals and Principals who have been in the role for over 1 year or more. You understand the requirements of the job but wake up one morning and think, I haven’t been to principal school. You want to refresh, update and network with like minded professionals. This is an intensive three-day program in a relaxing location away from the distractions of your busy school. The participants are immersed in a deep learning journey of the human and practical elements of what it means to be a school principal. Principals will leave with a show bag of resources to feed their intellect and their soul. Price is $5000 each and covers accommodation, meals, tuition and activities.
