The Leadership Attribute Reflective Tool (LAR Tool) is an evidence based assessment tool for identifying leadership strengths and edges.  You can use the book to read about the 12 attributes but if you would like to use the assessment tool, you would need to engage Dr Judi to carry out the leadership test with your team.  This tool is a way of growing leadership capacity around you and is a powerful tool to building the leadership potential and behaviours in your team.
