Growing Leaders

Build leaders who can grow other leaders.

LEADERSHIP RETREATS

If you want to build strategic influential leaders around you rather than rely on accidental managers, contact Judi to tailor a leadership retreat for your team. In our busy corporate working lives, we don’t invest enough time for reflection and allow ourselves time to deepen our thinking. A leadership retreat is the ideal way to create a setting for insight and self-awareness building. Leaders are not born they are made but we have different starting points. What we choose to experience and learn will either maximise our innate traits or minimise them.

We can come to you in your area or we can find somewhere quiet and relaxing some of which are shown below, at the Blue Mountains (NSW), The Haven (Emu Park), Broken River (Mackay), the Convent (Hunter Valley), Keppel Islands (CQ), Rosslyn Bay Resort (Yeppoon) and The Rocks (Sydney).
